Where is my order?
Thank you for shopping with Laura Schult Design, it means the world to me! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Track via Royal Mail
The majority of our parcels are sent Tracked via Royal Mail for peace of mind for both yourself and us. Use your tracking number from your dispatch email to follow your parcel's journey to your home:

If you created an account at checkout, you can log in to view your order status and tracking details at any time:

You can also check your order status directly using the link in your order confirmation email. Simply click the "View your order" button in that email to see the latest update.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, please allow:
- UK orders: 2–5 working days
- International orders: 7–14 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays.
Haven't received a dispatch email?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–4 working days. If it has been longer than this and you have not received a dispatch notification, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
