When will my order arrive?

Currently the time from ordering to dispatch is 7-10 working days, we are just a one-woman business so please bear with us and we are so grateful for your patience.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

YES! Absolutely yes, the cost of shipping and delivery times vary by location, Royal Mail aims to have orders to the UK within 48 hours, Europe within 3-5 working days and the Rest of the World 5-7 working days. These are the estimates Royal Mail gives and although are often correct, on some occasions these may take longer due to mail strikes and holiday post.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, it is completely. We use compostable mailers, recyclable thank you cards and swing tags. If you don't have a composter at home then we hope this could be the start of your composting journey! For information on how to compost your mailer go to wastebased.co or scan the QR code on your packaging. Please *do not* recycle your mailers as they will likely have to be picked out of the recycling process later on.

I think my parcel is lost, what should I do?

Please check your tracking number included in your dispatch email in case it is just slightly delayed and almost there, please send us an email if you're unsure or if the tracking shows it hasn't moved in a while and we will do our best to help. With all lost orders we are not able to put in a claim for a lost package until a certain amount of time after the due delivery date: UK-10 working days, Europe-20 working days, Rest of the World-25 working days.

What size should I get?

All sweatshirts are Unisex, generally if you are looking for a more oversized fit then we'd suggest sizing up one size. The sweatshirts are true to size in Men's sizes so please use your own judgement on which size is best for you. For full measurements please check our Size Guide.

Why are there only limited options for some sizes?

Sadly currently sweatshirt suppliers seem to be very thin on the ground for sizes 3XL and above, meaning it's a struggle for us to get our hands on those sizes in the same variety of colours as the smaller sizes. We want to be able to offer the same colours for all sizes so will continue to search for suppliers who will provide the same variety of colours for all sizes. One thing we want to stress is please PLEASE definitely email us if we don't stock the colour you want in your size and we will do our best find as suitable a colour match as possible. We will never charge more for them as some small businesses and large companies alike regrettably seem to do so please don't hesitate to email :)

My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

All orders are shipped tracked so please double check your tracking information first, you will find your tracking number in your dispatch email. Simply copy and paste your reference number into the Royal Mail tracking page https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

What if I want to return my parcel?

I am so sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your delivery however we do accept returns, please refer to our returns policy here for full details.
