We know the excitement of waiting for something beautiful to arrive — and we want to make it as easy as possible to follow your parcel's journey.
Track with Royal Mail
Most Laura Schult Design orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Use your tracking number to follow your parcel on the Royal Mail website:

Check your order status
You can also view your order status directly by logging into your account or using the order status link in your confirmation email.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–5 working days within the UK. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Haven't received your dispatch email yet?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 4 days of being placed. If it's been longer than expected, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us and we'll look into it for you.
